Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Deal & Chill CRM platform ("Platform") provided by Deal & Chill CRM Ltd. ("Service Provider"). By using the Platform, you accept the provisions of these Terms.
2. Definitions

Platform - CRM software available at dealchill.io and mobile applications

User - natural or legal person using the Platform

Account - individual user account on the Platform

Services - Platform CRM functionalities available within the selected plan
3. Scope of Services
The Platform offers the following services:
- Contact and sales process management (CRM)
- Sales pipeline with customizable stages
- AI voice assistant for adding notes
- Analytics dashboard and reports
- Integrations with external tools (Pro plan)
- Browser and mobile app access
4. Registration and Account
4.1. Account Creation
- Providing true data is required to create an Account
- One Account may only be used by one person
- Minimum user age: 18 years
4.2. Account Security
- User is responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is recommended
- User is responsible for actions on their Account
5. Payments and Subscription
5.1. Pricing Plans
- Starter: $12/user/month
- Pro: $24/user/month
- Enterprise: custom pricing
5.2. Payments
- Payments are charged automatically monthly or annually
- We accept credit cards and bank transfers
- Invoices are issued automatically
5.3. Cancellation
User may cancel subscription at any time. Funds for unused period are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in an individual agreement.
6. User Obligations
User agrees to:
- Use the Platform in accordance with applicable law
- Not attempt to bypass security measures
- Not use the Platform in ways harmful to other users
- Not publish illegal, offensive or spam content
- Not use automated systems for data scraping
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform, its source code, interface, logo and trademarks are property of the Service Provider and are legally protected. User receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform solely for business purposes as defined in these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Service Provider is not liable for:
- Data loss caused by user actions
- Platform access interruptions caused by force majeure
- Indirect damages, including lost profits
- Third-party actions (integrations, API)
Maximum liability of Service Provider is limited to fees paid by User in the last 12 months.
9. Service Availability (SLA)
Starter Plan: 99% availability
Pro Plan: 99.5% availability
Enterprise Plan: 99.9% availability + dedicated support
10. Termination
Service Provider may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in case of:
- Violation of Terms provisions
- Non-payment for period longer than 14 days
- Actions harmful to the Platform or other users
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Polish law. All disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office in Warsaw.
12. Final Provisions
Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of changes with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
